Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By logging into, using, or subscribing to the RACE FINANCE platform ("Service", "Application", "We", "Us"), you ("Subscriber", "User", "Merchant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Account Provisioning & User Custody
Account access is granted via direct administrative provisioning. Public self-registration is disabled. Your account credentials (registered mobile number and password) are created and assigned to you by the platform administrator upon onboarding. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
All user passwords undergo one-way cryptographic hashing (bcrypt) before storage. RACE FINANCE personnel and platform administrators do not possess access to your plain-text password. Once created or updated, you bear sole responsibility for remembering and safeguarding your credentials.
3. Data Ownership & Local Portability
You retain exclusive, unconditional ownership over all business data, inventory records, customer ledgers, and transactions entered into the system. You have the right and technical capability to download complete structured backup files (.json) directly to your local computer at any time.
4. Account Lifecycle & Inactive Account Purge Policy
Subscribers are provided a 1-Month Complimentary Free Trial upon onboarding. Following the expiration of an active subscription plan, if an account remains in an un-renewed and expired status for one continuous year (12 consecutive months), the account and all associated cloud database records will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. Users are strongly advised to export and maintain offline backups before account expiration.
5. Nature of Utility (Bookkeeping vs. Official Tax Return)
RACE FINANCE operates strictly as an internal record-keeping, inventory tracking, and billing estimation utility. The records and summaries generated by the software are digital references intended to facilitate bookkeeping. They do not constitute certified statutory tax audits or automated government tax filings. Subscribers remain exclusively responsible for verifying tax classifications and submitting formal returns through their Chartered Accountant or the official GST portal.
